Self raising flour
cream butter and sugar and mix in flour.
Bake n a 12" x 8" Swissroll tin at 350° F until olden brown.
Leave to cool.
Caramel: Put into a saucepan — oz.
butter 2 oz.
castor sugar ! tblspns, golden syrup 7 oz.
condensed milk few drops vanilla essence.
ielt slowly and boil for 5 minutes, stirring all he time.
When cool, pour on top of biscuit.
I/hen the caramel has set, melt 7 oz.
choco- jte and pour on top of caramel.
Leave to set, hen cut into fingers.
