Fudge Biscuits

These fudge biscuits are perfect to sink in your sweet tooth! Throw in your favorite nuts to make it more scrumptious.
Ingredients
  Self-raising flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Semolina 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cocoa 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

Rub butter into flour sifted with salt.
Add sugar and semolina.
Sift cocoa and add.
Lastly add milk and vanilla.
Mix to a firm dough.
Form into balls and place on a greased slide.
Press each one slightly flat with the fingertips.
Bake at 375° F for about 15-20 mins.
Allow to cool on a baking tray.
