Orange Oat Biscuits
|Orange||1 (rind and juice)|
|Baking powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Cream butter and sugar, stir in oatmeal.
Sieve salt, baking powder and flour and add, alter- nately with the juice.
Add rind and enough milk to make a stiff paste.
Roll on well- floured board and cut into rounds.
Dust with castor sugar and bake at 350° F for 10 mins.
