Easy Cheese Biscuits
|Bake mix||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Atkins Quick Quisine)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated cheddar cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
|Heavy cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
1. Heat oven to 425°F.
2. Combine bake mix and baking powder in a medium bowl. Stir in cheese and cream until well blended; dough will be quite stiff. Gather into a ball and knead in bowl once or twice to blend.
3. Transfer dough to a counter and press into a 6-inch square. Cut into 16 pieces. Set on ungreased baking sheet and bake until puffed and golden, 12 to 14 minutes.
