|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese||1 Ounce (1/4 Cup)|
|Frozen egg substitute||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thawed|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Plain low fat yogurt||8 Ounce (1 Carton)|
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
Combine cheese and next 3 ingredients; add to flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Drop dough by 1/3 cupfuls, 2 inches apart, onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 400° for 13 to 15 minutes.
