Orange Cream Biscuits

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs), ground
  Orange rind 1 Teaspoon, finely grated
  Milk powder 2 Tablespoon
  Orange color 2 Drop
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange juice 4 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Icing sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Sieve flour and baking powder together.
Mix butter, sugar, orange juice and rind in a large mixing bowl.
Add flour to it and knead to a hard dough.
Keep covered in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
Knead again and roll out the dough into 1/2 cm thick sheet.
Cut round biscuits and put in a greased tray.
Prick with fork.
Bake biscuits in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
Cool for 2-3 minutes and remove from tray.
Cool completely.
Make a hard paste of milk powder, butter, colour and icing sugar.
Put the paste between two biscuits and press lightly.
