Oat Bran Jelly Biscuits

Ingredients
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Oat bran baking mix 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Jelly/Jam 6 Teaspoon
Directions

In a medium mixing bowl cut margarine into Oat Bran Baking Mix till mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add skim milk all at once. Stir just till dough clings together. On a lightly floured surface roll or pat dough to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut with a 2 1/4- to 2 1/2-inch round biscuit cutter. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Press your finger into the center of each biscuit to make an indentation. Spoon 1 teaspoon jelly or jam into each center.
Bake in a 450° oven about 8 minutes or till light brown. Serve warm.
