New Fashioned Biscuits

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Sift dry ingredients together into a bowl and stir in milk, mayonnaise and lemon rind.
Knead on a floured surface for 1 minute.
Roll out and cut with a biscuit cutter.
Place on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes or until done.
Serve hot.
