|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Semolina||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour curd||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed For Kneading)|
Sieve flour, semolina and baking powder together in a large mixing bowl.
Mix butter and sugar till creamy.
Add sour curd to butter and semolina mixture.
Mix well and knead to a hard dough with milk.
Keep in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
Roll out the dough 1/2 cm thick Cut round biscuits.
Prick with fork.
Sprinkle sugar over them.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
Cool for 2-3 minutes and remove from tray.
