Stir And Drop Biscuits
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Buttermilk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Heat oven to 475°.
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
Pour oil and buttermilk into measuring cup (do not stir together); pour all at once into flour mixture.
Stir until mixture cleans side of bowl and forms a ball.
Drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
