Papaya Biscuits

Ingredients
  Butter 8 Ounce (225 Gram)
  Caster sugar 6 Ounce (175 Gram)
  Beaten egg 1
  Plain flour 6 Ounce (175 Gram)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Wholemeal flour 4 Ounce (115 Gram)
  Dried papaya 6 Ounce, chopped (175 Gram)
  Sweetened shredded coconut 6 Ounce (175 Gram)
  Limes 2
Directions

Using an electric blender beat together the butter and sugar until soft and light.
Beat in the egg gradually then fold in the sifted plain flour and baking powder.
Grate the rind of the limes and add to the mixture with the remaining ingredients.
Roll the dough into small walnut sized balls with floured hands.
Place on lightly greased baking sheets and allow enough space between them, as they will spread out.
Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes until golden.
Cool slightly before transferring to a cooling tray.
