Honey Biscuits

Ingredients
  Butter 5 Ounce (125 Gram)
  Finely grated lemon rind 2 Teaspoon
  Caster sugar 3 Ounce (85 Gram)
  Vegetable oil 3 Fluid Ounce (80 Milliliter)
  Plain flour 10 Ounce (300 Gram)
  Self raising flour 5 Ounce (150 Gram)
  Finely chopped walnuts 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
For glace
  Orange juice 6 Fluid Ounce
  Clear honey 9 Fluid Ounce
  Ground pistachio 2 Teaspoon
Directions

With an electric mixture beat together the butter, rind and sugar.
Gradually beat in the oil until the mixture is really light and fluffy.
Stir in the sifted flours, nuts and enough juice to make a soft pliable dough.
Take a table spoon of the mixture and shape into oval shapes.
Flatten slightly with the back of a fork and place on a greased baking tray.
Continue doing this to the rest of the dough then bake in a pre heated oven.
When lightly golden take out and lift onto a cooling tray.
For the glaze heat the honey in a small microwave bowl or a pan.
Dip the cooled biscuits individually into the honey and then sprinkle with the sesame seeds and the ground pistachio nuts.
