Delicious Biscuits

Ingredients
  Butter 4 Ounce (115 Gram)
  Plain flour 5 Ounce (150 Gram)
  Castor sugar 2 Ounce (55 Gram)
  Semolina 2 Ounce (55 Gram)
  Glace 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green coloring 2 Drop
  Red jam 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Rub the butter into the sifted flour using your fingertips.
Add the sugar, semolina and the salt.
Form into a pliable dough adding a little milk if the mixture is too dry.
Roll into 1/4" thickness and cut into circles using a cutter.
Arrange on a lightly greased baking tray and bake for almost 15 minutes taking care not to brown.
They should be cooked but still light in colour.
Cool completely on a wire tray.
Heat the jam until quite liquidy then divide into two.
To one half add the food colouring and mix well.
Taking a fine cocktail stick, dip into the jam and decorate as you like.
