Ingredients
  Butter 1 Pound (450 Gram)
  Icing sugar 5 Ounce (150 Gram)
  Custard powder 5 Ounce (150 Gram)
  Self raising flour 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Enough To Make A Soft Biscuit Dough)
Directions

In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar well.
Sift in the custard powder and gradually add enough sifted self raising flour to make a soft biscuit dough.
Using a biscuit maker, press out into required shapes onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
Alternatively roll out onto a lightly floured board and cut into attractive shapes. Bake for almost 25 minutes until lightly golden.
Cool on a wire tray.
Whilst still warm brush with glace icing for that little shine.
