Anzac Biscuits

Are you looking for a simple way to make Anzac Biscuits? This traditional recipe is just right for you. These Anzac biscuits are originally eaten by ANZAC soldiers from Australia and New Zealand and now a family favorite. You should try this Anzac Biscuit recipe.
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Rolled oats 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Coconut 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), desiccated
  Granulated sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter 10 Ounce
  Corn syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Baking soda 3 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Step 1-Heat oven to 325 degrees Farienhite. Brush 2 cookie sheets with melted butter or oil.

Step 2-Place flour, oats, coconut and sugar in a mixing bowl, and stir until combined.

Step 3-Combine butter and corn syrup in a pan; stir over high heat until melted.

Step 4-Mix baking soda with boiling water; add to melted butter and syrup. Add to flour mixture and stir until combined. Shape level tablespoons of mixture into balls and flatten slightly.

Step 5- Place onto prepared cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until crisp and golden.

Step 6-Remove from oven; let stand 5 minutes before loosening the biscuits and moving them to a wire rack to cool.
