Pinwheel Biscuits

Ingredients
  Enriched flour 2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shortening 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Process cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), shredded
  Pimiento 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

Sift together dry ingredients.
Cut in shortening till mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add milk all at once, stir just till dough follows fork around bowl.
Turn out on lightly floured surface and knead gently 1/2 minute.
Roll in rectangle 1/2 inch thick.
Sprinkle with cheese and pimiento and roll as for jelly roll.
Cut in 1-inch slices.
Place atop hot casserole; brush with melted butter.
Bake at 450° 15 to 20 minutes or till biscuits are done and golden brown.
(Bake remaining biscuits on greased baking sheet.).
