Here is a very easy and satisfying meal that I learned from my husband. Although it is typically made with dried beef, I make it with ground beef. It tastes wonderful! Enjoy!
4 , chopped, the dark green parts reserved for garnish
4 Clove (20 gm), minced
1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
Brown the beef in a large skillet.
Season it with salt & pepper. Drain the excess fat.
Wipe the skillet and add some olive oil.
Heat and add the scallions. Mix well.
Add the garlic and cook for a couple of minutes. Return the beef to the skillet. Mix well. Season with salt, lots of black pepper and thyme.
Add as much white sauce as you like.
Cut two biscuits through the middle and place on plate. Cover with the beef and serve.
