Sour Milk Biscuits
|Flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Baking powder||4 Teaspoon|
|Shortening||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Sift dry ingredients; cut in shortening.
Add sour milk.
Turn out onto floured board; knead until stiff dough forms.
Roll 1/2 inch thick; cut with biscuit cutter.
Place on well-greased baking sheet; brush with butter.
Bake at 450 degrees until golden brown
