Ham 'N' Cheese Biscuits
|Reduced-fat cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Ounce, shredded|
|Turkey ham||1⁄2 Ounce, diced|
|Diced turkey ham||1⁄2 Ounce|
|Reduced-calorie mayonnaise||2 Teaspoon|
|Sweet pickle relish||1 Teaspoon|
|Dijon style mustard||1 Teaspoon (Country)|
|Ready to bake refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuits||4 Ounce (4 Biscuits, 1 Ounce Each)|
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. In small mixing bowl combine all ingredients except biscuits, stirring until thoroughly combined; set aside.
2. Carefully separate each biscuit into 2 thin layers, then partially separate each layer, forming a pocket. Spoon an equal amount of ham mixture into each pocket; crimp edges of each biscuit to enclose filling.
3. Arrange biscuits on nonstick baking sheet and bake until biscuits are lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
