Ham 'N' Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients
  Reduced-fat cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Ounce, shredded
  Turkey ham 1⁄2 Ounce, diced
  Diced turkey ham 1⁄2 Ounce
  Reduced-calorie mayonnaise 2 Teaspoon
  Sweet pickle relish 1 Teaspoon
  Dijon style mustard 1 Teaspoon (Country)
  Ready to bake refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuits 4 Ounce (4 Biscuits, 1 Ounce Each)
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. In small mixing bowl combine all ingredients except biscuits, stirring until thoroughly combined; set aside.
2. Carefully separate each biscuit into 2 thin layers, then partially separate each layer, forming a pocket. Spoon an equal amount of ham mixture into each pocket; crimp edges of each biscuit to enclose filling.
3. Arrange biscuits on nonstick baking sheet and bake until biscuits are lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
