Quick Sweet Potato Biscuits

Ingredients
  Packaged biscuit mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Instant sweet potatoes 6 1⁄3 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

Prepare the biscuit mix according to package directions, adding the shortening and sugar.
Prepare instant sweet potatoes according to package directions and stir into the biscuit mixture.
Knead on a floured surface, then cut with a biscuit cutter.
Place on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
