Hamburger Biscuit Bake
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||3 Teaspoon|
|Salt||1 3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Shortening||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , lightly beaten|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Minced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hamburger seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Chili sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Sift the flour, baking powder and 3/4 teaspoon salt together, then cut in the shortening.
Add egg and milk and mix well.
Roll out into two 8-inch squares.
Brown the beef and onion in 1 tablespoon hot fat.
Add the remaining salt and remaining ingredients.
Place dough in 8-inch square pan and pour in the beef mixture.
Top with remaining dough.
Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
Cut into squares.
