Cottage Cheese Biscuits
|Egg||1 , lightly beaten|
|Cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||4 Teaspoon|
|Parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine egg, milk and cottage cheese thoroughly.
Stir flour, baking powder, salt and parsley together; add to egg mixture, blending with fingertips.
Add additional milk, one drop at a time, if necessary to hold dough together.
Turn onto floured board; knead for 30 seconds.
Pat out to 1/2-inch thickness; cut into 18 squares.
Spread with butter.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
