Velvet Cream Biscuits

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Whipping cream 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), whipping cream
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; add whipping cream, stirring with a fork just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Turn dough out onto a floured surface, and knead lightly 10 to 12 times.
Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness; cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter.
Place biscuits on lightly greased baking sheets; bake at 425° for 12 minutes or until golden.
Brush biscuits with melted butter.
