Curried Party Biscuits
|Biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk or water||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Parmesan cheese||1 , grated|
Combine Biscuit Mix and enough milk or water to make a soft dough.
Turn out onto a lightly floured board or pastry cloth and knead a few times.
Pat or roll to 1/2 inch thickness and cut with a floured cutter.
Roll each biscuit to about 6 inches in length.
Combine curry powder and butter; mix well.
Dip each biscuit in seasoned butter.
Roll dough in Parmesan cheese.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 450° for 8 minutes.
