Easy Sweet Potato Biscuits

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine / shortening 3 Tablespoon
  Cooked mashed sweet potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine dry ingredients; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add sweet potatoes and mix well.
Gradually add enough milk to make soft dough.
Turn dough out onto floured surface, and knead lightly 3 or 4 times.
Roll dough to 1/3-inch thicknes
