Peanut Biscuits

Ingredients
  Flour 150 Gram
  Soda bicarbonate 1 Pinch
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Made mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Margarine/Butter 100 Gram
  Grated cheese 75 Gram
  Peanuts 75 Gram, roasted, shelled and chopped
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (To Mix)
Directions

Sift together flour, soda, pepper and salt.
Rub in margarine.
Add cheese, mustard and half of the peanuts.
Add enough cold water to make a stiff dough.
Roll out dough on a lightly floured board into a rectangle 1/6 inch thick.
Brush surface with milk; sprinkle remaining peanuts.
Press gently with back of a spoon.
Cut into squares.
Arrange them on a baking sheet and bake in 180°C oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool on cooling rack.
Store in airtight tins.
