Buttermilk Biscuits

Ingredients
  Rising flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shortening 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Buttermilk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Combine flour and soda in mixing bowl.
Cut in shortening with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add buttermilk; stir until dough clings together.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface; knead lightly about 20 seconds.
Pat or roll
