Bacon Cornmeal Biscuits

Ingredients
  Self rising flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Self rising cornmeal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Ground red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Sliced turkey bacon 3 , cooked and crumbled
  Nonfat buttermilk 10 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Self rising flour 2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; cut in margarine with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Stir in turkey bacon.
Add buttermilk, stirring with a fork just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Sprinkle 2 teaspoons flour evenly over work surface.
Turn dough out onto floured surface, and knead 8 to 10 times.
Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness; cut into rounds with a 2-inch biscuit cutter.
Place rounds On a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 400° for 14 minutes or until biscuits are golden.
