Cheese Bottom Biscuits
|Cheese spread with bacon||5 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Soft butter/Margarine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Packaged biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Mix cheese spread and butter; spread evenly over bottoms of two 8 xl 1/2-inch round pans or one 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Prepare biscuit mix according to package directions for rolled biscuits, using a tiny 1-inch cutter.
Place biscuits on cheese.
Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
