|Self rising flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Orange rind||1 Teaspoon, grated|
|Orange filling||1 Tablespoon|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine first 4 ingredients, stirring with a fork until blended.
Knead dough and roll into rectangle.
Spread with Orange Filling.
Roll up, slice and place in greased floured muffin pan.
Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes.
