Biscuit Dough Pizza
|Ground beef||3⁄4 Pound|
|Taco seasoning mix||1 1⁄4 Ounce (Package)|
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Refrigerated buttermilk biscuits||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Cheddar cheese||2 Ounce, shredded|
|Sliced lettuce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Crumbled corn chips||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. In 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, stirring occasionally, until browned, about 10 minutes. Add taco-seasoning mix, tomato sauce, and water; over high heat, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 425°F. With hands, pat biscuit dough into 12-inch pizza pan, making a 1/2-inch rim. Bake 10 minutes or until golden.
3. Stir shredded cheese into ground-beef mixture; spoon onto crust. Top pizza with lettuce and corn chips.
