Meat N Biscuit Bake
|Cubed cooked beef/Cubed cooked lamb, pork, or veal||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Oregano||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Condensed golden mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped canned tomatoes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked cut green beans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Biscuit mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
In saucepan, brown meat with oregano in butter.
Stir in soup, 1/4 cup water, tomatoes, and beans.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake at 450°F. for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine biscuit mix and 1/4 cup water; mix as directed on package.
Roll into 8-inch square; sprinkle with cheese.
Roll up jelly-roll fashion; cut into 8 slices.
Place biscuits around edge.
Bake 15 minutes more or until browned.
