Sourdough Biscuits

Ingredients
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry yeast 1
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cooking oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Buttermilk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 Tablespoon
  Soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve yeast in hot water.
Add sugar, oil and milk.
Sift flour with salt, soda and baking powder and add to liquid mixture.
Add more flour if needed to make a smooth dough.
Mix well.
Keep in tightly covered bowl in refrigerator and use as needed.
When ready to bake, pinch off biscuit sized amounts and place in lightly greased pan.
Bake at 350° until done.
Biscuits do not rise as high as some yeast breads.
Biscuits can be baked without time for rising.
