Creamed Three Day Biscuits
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shortening||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Add sponge mixture, mix well.
Add 2 cups cold water, gradually add flour (6-8 cups) and knead as for bread.
Place in cool spot all day.
In the evening of same day shape into biscuits on greased cookie sheets, spread with melted butter.
Bake in 400° oven 15-20 minutes.
