Puff Cut Biscuits
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||3 Teaspoon|
|Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened|
|Skim milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Pour flour into a bowl and add baking powder and salt; stir to blend.
Using a fork, stir in margarine until mixture looks like coarse meal.
Stir with fork until all ingredients are moistened and mixture forms a ball.
Turn out onto lightly floured board.
Shape with hands into a 12 in. (30 cm) long roll.
Cut into 12 pieces.
Place pieces, cut side down, on ungreased baking sheet; flatten, if desired.
Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 12 to 15 minutes.
