Rolled Biscuits

Ingredients
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat oven to 450° (hot).
Measure flour by dipping method (right) or by sifting.
Mix dry ingredients well in bowl.
Cut in shortening with pastry blender until mixture looks like "meal." Stir in milk.
Round up on lightly floured cloth-covered board.
Knead lightly 20 to 25 times.
Roll dough or pat out to about 1/2" thickness.
Cut close together with floured biscuit cutter.
Place on un-greased baking sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 min.
