Green Onion Skillet Biscuits
|Green onion||1 Large, minced|
|Refrigerated buttermilk biscuits||20 Ounce|
1. In 10-inch skillet over low heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine (1/4 stick); remove from heat.
2. Into melted butter, evenly sprinkle sugar and half of green onion. Carefully pat biscuits into skillet, overlapping biscuits slightly; then sprinkle with remaining green onion.
3. Cover skillet; over medium heat, cook biscuits 5 minutes or until underside is lightly browned. With pancake turner, carefully turn biscuits and add remaining butter or margarine. Cover and cook 5 minutes longer or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
