Buttermilk Biscuits

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk/Sour milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Orange spread 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a small bowl stir together buttermilk and oil.
Pour over flour mixture; stir till well mixed.
On a lightly floured surface, knead dough gently for 10 to 12 strokes.
Roll or pat dough to 1/2 inch thickness.
Cut with a 2 inch biscuit cutter, dipping cutter in flour between cuts.
Transfer biscuits to an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in a 450° oven for 10 to 12 minutes or till golden.
