|Pickle relish||1 Tablespoon|
Combine ground beef and salt; shape into five patties.
In hot skillet brown the patties on both sides.
On lightly floured surface roll each biscuit to a 5 inch circle.
Spread five of the circles with mustard and catsup.
Place 1 beef patty on each; top with pickle relish and 1 onion slice.
Moisten edges of biscuit circles.
Cover with remaining biscuits; press top and bottom edges together with a fork to seal.
Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 375° for 15 to 17 minutes.
Place 1 cheese slice on each and return to oven to melt cheese.
