Easy Buttermilk Biscuits

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bacon drippings 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine dry ingredients; add butter and buttermilk.
Mix to make a sticky dough.
Knead just a little on a floured board.
Forma smooth ball.
Roll to 1/2 inch thickness and cut into 2 inch rounds.
Place on cookie sheet, greased with bacon drippings.
Bake at 450° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Freeze.
