Bacon And Chive Biscuits
|Bisquick baking mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Bacon slices||8 , crisply cooked and crumbled|
|Dried snipped chives||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon|
Heat oven to 450°.
Mix all ingredients until dough forms.
Beat 30 seconds.
If dough is too sticky, gradually mix in enough baking mix (up to 1/2 cup) to make dough easy to handle.
Turn dough onto surface well dusted with baking mix.
Gently roll into baking mix to coat.
Shape into ball and knead 10 times.
Roll 1/2 inch thick and cut with 2 inch cutter.
Dip in baking mix.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
