Easy Country Biscuits has a unique taste. Easy Country Biscuits gets its taste from buttermilk baking mix, mixed with flour and milk. Easy Country Biscuits is loved by many people worldwide.
Ingredients
  Buttermilk baking mix 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Wheat germ 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Low fat evaporated milk 12 Ounce, undiluted (1 1/2 cups, CARNATION)
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In medium bowl, combine baking mix and wheat germ.
Stir in evaporated lowfat milk to make a soft dough.
Turn dough out onto floured surface; knead 10 times, adding additional flour as necessary to keep dough from sticking.
Roll to 1/2 inch thickness.
Cut with floured 2 1/2 -inch round biscuit cutter; place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 450°F oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
