Rye Biscuits

Rye Biscuits has an outstanding taste. The flour with milk and flavored with shortening gives the Rye Biscuits a prefect taste. Rye Biscuits is loved by many people across the world.
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Rye flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Tablespoon
  Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shortening 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Milk 18 Cup (288 tbs)
Directions

Combine flours, baking powder, caraway seeds, and salt, and stir mixture well.
Cut in shortening with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add milk, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead lightly 8 to 10 times.
Roll biscuit dough to 1/2 inch thickness; cut dough with a 2 inch biscuit cutter.
Place on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake at 450° for 10 to 12 minutes.
