|Refrigerated biscuit dough||8 Ounce (1 Package, Fresh)|
|Fat||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying Heated To 375°F)|
|Confectioners sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Instant coffee||1 Tablespoon|
With scissors, make five cuts at regular intervals almost to center of each biscuit.
For each frying, drop enough cut biscuits into hot fat to form a layer.
Fry 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden brown, turning several times.
Drain biscuits over fat a few seconds before removing to absorbent paper.
While biscuits are still warm coat with a mixture of the confectioners' sugar and instant coffee.
