Sweet Potato Biscuits

Ingredients
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked mashed sweet potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Melted margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
Directions

Sift dry ingredients together.
Combine sweet potatoes, melted margarine and beaten egg.
Add dry ingredients.
Mix lightly just to blend.
Drop biscuits from spoon onto top of meat mixture.
