|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||4 Teaspoon|
|Cream of tartar||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , well beaten|
|Light cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Sift dry ingredients together, cut in the butter.
Mix egg and milk together and add all at once.
Mix until it just holds together.
Turn on floured board and knead slightly.
Cut in desired shape and bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
