Ingredients
  Flour 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs) (1.5 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoon)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Grape seed oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Lemon rind 2 (From 2 Whole Fruit)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Roasted almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried cherries/Cranberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt with almonds and cherries
Mix eggs, oil, sugar, and lemon rhines
Add it to flour mixture
Make 2 logs of flour mixture
Bake them on a greased tray for 20-25 min at 325 degrees c
Take it out, let it stand for 15 min
Cut into biscotti shapes and bake again for 20 min.
