Almond Biscotti

Biscotti recipes are traditionally baked twice.They are first baked as slabs & then cut into cookie shapes & baked again.
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cocoa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 Small
  Almond extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Grease a baking pan. powder & baking soda & keep it aside.In another bowl beat eggs,sugar,butter(softened)& almond extracts,till it all becomes creamy.Slowly beat in the flour mixture & add almonds to it.Divide dough into two slabs,place them on a greased baking pan & bake them for 25 mintues.Once it's done cool them on a rack for 10 mintues.Cut it into slices & bake with cut side down for 20 mintues more.Cool it & enjoy it!
