Apricot Biscotti

There is many Biscotti recipes for some one who love to bake.Baking biscotti is simple & easy that anybody can bake.
Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Unsalted butter 5 Tablespoon, cut into pieces
  Vanilla 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 Small
  Dried apricot 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), chopped
  Pistachios 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Brush a baking sheet with butter & keep aside.Blend flour,sugar,baking powder,salt & unsalted butter,in a food processor.To this add vanilla,mix it up well,till it makes a coarse mix.Beat eggs & add to the mix.It's time to add apricot & pistachios & blend it till it is moistened.
Pour out the mixture into a bowl & make a dough with hands & divide this dough into half.Spread these halves on the sheet in a long shape.Sprinkle sugar over this & bake till it turns brown(it should take you 25 mintues to bake).Remove it from the sheet & cool on the rack.Cut these out into shape of your choice .Place these back on the sheet,with the side side up & bake till lightly brown.Once baked transfer it to the rack & cool it.
