Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Berries 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh / Frozen)
  Banana 1
  Wheat germ 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine ingredients in blender container.
Blend until smooth.
